The Arena Powerskin Carbon Duo is exclusively for women.

The female figure comes in many different shapes and sizes.  Competitive swimmers need to optimize their performance.  Different upper and lower body proportions can make it very difficult to get the proper fit in a traditional race suit.  All the permutations of size make it nearly impossible for a one-piece suit to cater for every body shape.

Arena have resolved this issue with the Carbon Duo!  It is an advanced two-piece system that combines separate top and bottom pieces.  This allows customizable compression for the upper and lower body.

THE CARBON DUO IS APPROVED BY FINA WHEN THE TOP AND THE BOTTOM ARE WORN TOGETHER.  THE FINA APPROVAL CODE IS ON BOTH PIECES.

So how does it work???

The Carbon Duo system is comprised of two separate pieces: a top and a bottom.  You can choose between different sizes and colours for both the top and the bottom.  The combination is all down to your personal preference.  You no longer have to compromise on compression, comfort or size.

How do you wear it??

The Carbon Duo is faster and easier to put on than a one-piece racing suit.  First you put on the bottom piece.  The top piece then slides quickly and easily over the bottom.  The two pieces fit together cleanly and smoothly and give the look of a single suit.

What is the material like??

The top uses an extremely lightweight fabric with carbon bands.  This provides lighter compression that feels sung without compromising your ability to breathe comfortably.  The bottom piece of the suit uses Arena carbon cage.  This produces a higher level of compression in the key areas of the body’s core and the upper legs.

The internal lining is designed with two separate lightweight panels to provide greater flexibility.

We sell the European Arena Racing Swimsuits which often feature an additional manufacturer’s logo when compared to the American varieties. Other than the size of the logos, the suits are identical. Please be aware that the additional logo on Arena’s European Racing Suits may exceed the 2.25 square inches of logo allowed in USA competitions. NFHS (The National Federation of State High School Associations) and NCCA (The National Collegiate Athletic Association) have rules on swimsuit branding and these suits are not compliant with the branding restrictions of these organizations. They are however fully compliant with UK, European and the rest of the world’s regulations
